Graphic Designer

We are hiring a Graphic Designer at Goomti.

I want to be honest about what this role is, because the title alone never tells the full story.

We are looking for a designer first. Someone whose instinct is craft, whose eye is sharp, and who would rather make one considered thing than five forgettable ones. The second half of the job is running our social media, our handles and our founder's, planning the calendar, writing in our voice, turning what our photographers capture into finished work. But design is the heart of it. If design is not your core strength, this is not the role for you, and I would rather say that plainly than waste your time or ours.

What we are looking for:
- A strong portfolio, above all. This is the first thing we will look at and the thing that matters most.
- Command of Canva and the Adobe Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop. Figma is a bonus.
- The ability to run social platforms end to end, from planning to publishing.
- An instinct for what reads as elegant rather than loud.
- Comfort using AI tools to work efficiently.
- 1 to 3 years designing for brands. Freshers with a genuinely strong portfolio, we would love to see your work.

The details:
- Kolkata, in-office. Full-time.
- 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM
