💼 Experience: 1–3 Years (Freshers with strong portfolios are also welcome to apply!)
💰 Salary: ₹22,000 - ₹35,000 per month
### 📋 **Key Responsibilities (Pharma Industry Focus):**
🔬 **Packaging & Print:** Design high-quality product labels, packaging, brochures, and promotional materials.
📱 **Digital Content:** Create engaging social media creatives and marketing content.
🎨 **Branding:** Develop cohesive, brand-consistent visual designs.
🖨️ **Production:** Edit images and prepare crisp, print-ready files.
🤝 **Collaboration:** Coordinate closely with the marketing team to bring campaign ideas to life.
### 🛠️ **Skills Required:**
🔹 Adobe Photoshop
🔹 Adobe Illustrator
🔹 CorelDRAW (Preferred)
🔹 Canva
🔹 Basic MS Office
🔹 Basic video editing skills (Optional 🎬)

Going for the Design role at Not mentioned? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Your portfolio is the interview: be ready to walk through one project as a story — the problem, the choices you made, and the outcome, not just the visuals.
