We’re Hiring: Graphic Designer
Location: Alwarpet, Chennai - Work From Office | Shree Anandhaas Sweets & Snacks.
At Shree Anandhaas, we believe every brand story deserves to be seen, felt, and remembered. We are looking for a passionate Graphic Designer who can bring our brand to life through impactful visual storytelling across digital and print platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adapt approved creatives for social media, website, app, CRM, retail, and print requirements
- Create multiple sizes and format variations of existing designs
- Prepare print-ready and production-ready artwork files
- Follow brand guidelines across all outputs
- Work closely with the Branding & Marketing team to implement feedback quickly and accurately
Who We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Electronic Media, or related field
0–2 years of graphic design experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
- Strong attention to detail and design fundamentals
- Experience with social media creatives and adaptation work is preferred
- Knowledge of CorelDRAW is an added advantage
- Experience in FMCG, retail, D2C, or consumer brands is a plus

- Your portfolio is the interview: be ready to walk through one project as a story — the problem, the choices you made, and the outcome, not just the visuals.
- Spend 30 to 60 minutes beforehand on the company's site, recent news and LinkedIn, so you can name one specific reason you want to join when they ask.
- Re-read the job description and prepare two projects or coursework examples that map directly to what it asks for.
- Rehearse "tell me about yourself" out loud in about 60 seconds — education, one standout achievement, why this role — instead of reciting your CV top to bottom.
- Put numbers on your achievements: "8.5/10 GPA", "cut load time by 40%", "led a team of four" lands far better than "good grades" or "hard-working".
