💼 Experience: 1–2 years
Bring bold ideas to life through posters, banners, brochures, and social media creatives. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator & CorelDRAW skills a must.
🎥 Videographer
💼 Experience: 2–3 years
Shoot and edit high-quality videos for events, social media & promotions. Proficiency in Premiere Pro/After Effects/DaVinci Resolve required — drone & gimbal skills a big plus!
📊 MIS Executive
💼 Experience: 6 months – 1 year | 💸 Salary: 25–30k
Own our data & reporting game — strong Excel skills, sharp analytical eye, and a knack for accuracy.
🗂️ Personal Assistant
💼 Experience: Fresher welcome!

🎭 Concept Manager / Event Manager

Interview advice
Going for the Design role at Swork Studio? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Your portfolio is the interview: be ready to walk through one project as a story — the problem, the choices you made, and the outcome, not just the visuals.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early (not an hour), and carry a printed CV, a valid ID and any certificates.
