Graphic Designer
🎨 Most designers create posts.
A few designers create brands.
We're looking for the second kind.
At Xbattery, we're building advanced Battery Management Systems (BMS) and energy solutions for Electric Vehicles, Energy Storage Systems, and Industrial applications.
The technology is complex.
Your job is to make it impossible to ignore.
We're looking for a Graphic Designer who can transform engineering, innovation, and product stories into visuals that people remember.
This role is not for someone looking to simply design social media posts.
This role is for someone who wants to:
⚡ Build the visual identity of a fast-growing deep-tech company
⚡ Turn complex battery technology into compelling visual storytelling
⚡ Work directly with founders, engineers, sales, and marketing teams
⚡ Create content seen by customers, investors, partners, and industry leaders
⚡ Leave their creative signature on a company that is building the future of energy
What we're looking for:
• 1+ year of experience in Graphic Design
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding and visual storytelling
• Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Figma
• Creativity, ownership, and attention to detail
• Someone who enjoys solving communication problems through design
📍 Hyderabad

If the answer is yes, we'd love to speak with you.

Interview advice
Going for the Design role at Xbattery? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Your portfolio is the interview: be ready to walk through one project as a story — the problem, the choices you made, and the outcome, not just the visuals.
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally — it signals you are serious.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
