i'm looking for someone ridiculously resourceful. not someone who waits for instructions. someone who figures things out.

your job: help colleges, startups, corporates and events order custom merchandise from us. that means finding leads, cold outreach (linkedin, email, instagram, whatsapp), following up relentlessly, closing deals, managing relationships, improving our sales process, and growing our socials.

you'll love this if you:
• love owning things end-to-end at an early-stage startup
• enjoy sheets, systems, and the operational grind behind sales
• love closing deals and building long-term relationships with clients
• have high agency and learn fast
• like growth-hacking your way past competition

pay: 15k fixed + 5% on total order value (uncapped) — strong performers can expect 50k+/month.

we've already worked with 100+ colleges, startups and communities across india. now we're building the next phase.

remote okay, delhi preferred.
