💼 Experience: 0–2 Years
🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
🎯 Preferred Graduates: 2025 & 2026 batch

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Connect with colleges, universities, institutions, corporate partners, and other stakeholders
✅ Conduct outbound calls and maintain regular follow-ups through calls, emails, and WhatsApp
✅ Build and maintain strong professional relationships
✅ Schedule meetings for the senior business development team
✅ Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and onboarding
✅ Maintain accurate records and updates in the CRM
✅ Achieve daily and weekly outreach targets
✅ Participate in virtual meetings and travel within the assigned region when required

Skills We’re Looking For:
🔹 Excellent spoken and written English
🔹 Fluency in Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, or Hindi
🔹 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
🔹 Confident, persuasive, and comfortable with outbound calling
🔹 Target-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude
🔹 Good relationship-building, listening, and negotiation skills
🔹 Comfortable using MS Excel, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office
🔹 Willingness to learn, grow, network, and take ownership
