SFJ Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for energetic and motivated Growth Executives to join our growing Business Development team.
What You'll Do:
✅ Generate leads through outbound calling
✅ Connect with colleges and educational institutions
✅ Schedule meetings for the Business Development team
✅ Follow up with prospects via calls, email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn
✅ Maintain CRM records and achieve business targets
We're Looking For:
✔ 0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, Telecalling, Lead Generation, or BPO Voice Process
✔ Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply
✔ Strong communication in English and Hindi
✔ Goal-oriented, confident, and eager to build a career in sales
