🚀 We're #Hiring: Growth Executive (Freshers – 1 Year Experience)

If you're someone who loves talking to people, solving business problems, and creating opportunities, this role is for you.
At TechStaunch Software Solutions, you'll work directly with the Founder and help businesses across the UK & US discover how AI and custom software can accelerate their growth.

What You'll Do
✅ Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, referrals, Upwork, and outbound outreach
✅ Connect with founders and key decision-makers
✅ Understand client requirements and present TechStaunch's software and AI solutions
✅ Build and nurture long-term client relationships
✅ Learn modern AI-powered sales and growth strategies

We're Looking For
• Freshers to 1 year of experience
• MBA, BBA, B.Tech, BE, MCA, or BCA graduates
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
• Comfortable working UK & US hours
• Surat-based (Work from Office)
• Basic knowledge of Upwork or other freelance marketplaces is an added advantage

💡 Sales experience is a bonus but attitude, curiosity, and ownership matter more.

🕒 Working Hours:4:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST (Supporting UK & US Clients)💼 Employment Type: Full-Time
