We’re #hiring Growth Interns at Founder's Office.

And honestly, we’re looking for someone who knows how to talk, knows how to think, and isn’t afraid to pick up the phone.

This role is for someone who is:
Sharp. Confident. Curious. A strong communicator.

You’ll be researching companies, finding the right decision-makers, understanding their business, and reaching out with messages that are actually relevant to them.

Not copy-pasting templates.
Not blindly sending messages.

You’ll be figuring out who to reach, what to say, and how to get their attention.

You’ll work across Growth and Marketing, get hands-on with prospecting and CRM tools, and learn what goes into building a real B2B growth engine.

We’re especially looking for people who:
• communicate exceptionally well
• are comfortable speaking to people over calls
• can write clearly and confidently
• are naturally curious and good at research
• don’t crumble after hearing “no”
• can think on their feet
• actually enjoy talking to people
