🚀 We're Hiring | Growth Marketing Intern | Peeko

At Peeko, we're building India's first rapid commerce platform for babycare, and we're looking for a Growth Marketing Intern who's excited to experiment, create, analyze, and make an impact from Day 1.

What you'll work on:
1. Collaborate with Business, Growth, and Product teams to identify opportunities that improve acquisition, engagement, and retention.
2. Ideate, plan, and execute end-to-end growth experiments, from concept to launch.
3. Analyze user cohorts, funnels, experiments, and campaign performance to uncover actionable growth insights.
4. Own CRM execution across Push Notifications, WhatsApp, and in-app channels while optimizing CTR, conversion, and retention.
5. Brainstorm high-performing marketing concepts, write compelling campaign copy, create scroll-stopping creatives, and turn trends and consumer insights into impactful campaigns.

We're looking for someone who:
• Is curious, creative, and data-driven
• Loves marketing, consumer psychology, and storytelling
• Has strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Is eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment
