Role: Growth Marketing & Strategy Intern (PPO Track)

I am Himanshu Agarwal, Founder of WIMD Technologies Ltd. We are scaling fast, managing heavy data infrastructure, and I need one exceptionally smart mind to help me scale our growth marketing.

If your definition of marketing is just running generic Google ads, posting on Instagram, or writing SEO meta tags—do not apply. I am looking for someone who can look at raw data, decode human psychology, and build a growth engine.

What You Will Actually Do:

Map Consumer Psychology: Analyze user data to understand exactly what our customer’s brain is craving. Figure out their happiness triggers and hesitation points, and craft communication that hits them instantly.

Data-Driven Scaling: Read our backend user data (search patterns, transaction timelines, geographic traffic) to forecast growth and execute rapid GTM (Go-To-Market) strategies.

Train the Machine: Help us train our software systems to act as automated digital salesmen—translating your understanding of human buying power and intent into scalable logic trees and instant conversion loops.

Creative Revenue Generation: Find creative, high-impact ways to reach our markets faster and build real brand relationships, using data to validate every single move.
