Are you a hands-on engineer who loves building, testing, and fixing real hardware? Join Instawork Robotics Labs (IRL India) and work on hardware that helps power the next generation of Physical AI & Robotics.
📍 Location: Koramangala, Bangalore — Work from Office
💼 Role: Hardware Intern
📅 Duration: 6 Months
🕘 Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
📆 Working Days: 6 days/week with rotational week off
💰 Compensation: ₹25,000/month + ₹200/day food allowance

Candidates must currently be based in Bangalore.
The interview process will be face-to-face/in-person.
No virtual interview rounds will be conducted.

🔧 What You'll Work On
Build, assemble, test, and troubleshoot mechanical & electrical hardware.
Work with cameras, IMUs, sensors, actuators, controllers, wiring and power systems.
Get hands-on with Raspberry Pi, soldering, 3D printing and IoT systems.
Prototype, integrate and stress-test hardware improvements.
Debug hardware issues through hands-on testing and document solutions.
Support hardware deployments across PAN-India and APAC.
🎓 Who We're Looking For
Graduates or candidates pursuing a degree/diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics, Electrical, Robotics or related fields.
Candidates with hands-on hardware/robotics projects.
Experience with sensors, Raspberry Pi, wiring, soldering, electronics or mechanical systems.
Candidates who have participated in Robocon, Formula Student/FSAE, BAJA, e-Yantra or similar robotics/hardware competitions will be highly preferred.
Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to work hands-on.
Willingness to travel for hardware deployments.
