What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):
Strengthen Our Network: Visit referring doctors, clinics, and healthcare centers to build lasting, professional relationships.
Drive Growth: Generate patient referrals and identify & onboard new partners.
Coordinate Events: Organize doctor meetings, CME programs, and networking events.
Promote Specialties: Represent and promote our key specialty services, including Spine Surgery, Neurology, Nephrology, Oncology, Critical Care & ICU, and Orthopedic & Arthroscopy.
Track & Report: Monitor market trends, track performance, and prepare reports.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements):
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Healthcare, or Healthcare Administration.
Experience: Prior experience in Hospital Marketing, Pharma Sales, or Healthcare Business Development (BD) is highly preferred.
Skills: Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
Mobility: Must be comfortable with local travel within Ahmedabad (local candidates required).
Mindset: Target-oriented, self-motivated, and highly professional.
