- Maintaintrainingcalendars, attendancerecords, andlearning MIS
- Collecttrainingfeedbackandprepareeffectivenessreports
- Coordinatewithvendors, trainers, andinternalfacilitators
- Maintaintrainingrecordsandpreparemonthly/quarterlytraining MISreports.

• Planandexecuteemployeeengagementactivities, celebrations, recognitionprograms, andwellnessinitiatives.
- Coordinateeventssuchastownhalls, annualdaycelebrations, festivalcelebrations, birthdaycelebrations, andemployeeconnectprograms.
