Roles and Responsibilities: 1. End to Endunderstandingofactivitiesperformedforassigned Client in USpayrolldoma in 2. In-depthunderstanding of Payrollprocessessupported by Accenturefordifferentgeographies 3. Escalationandresolutionpointforteammemberswithregardstoprocessrelatedqueries 4. Musthaveclearunderstandingoftheexistingmatricesintheprocess, howtheyaremeasuredandimprovisethemeasurementsystemtomakeitmoreeffectiveandtransparent. Detailedunderstanding of Processmetricse.g. SLA, OLA, KPI 5. Understand the Riskassociatedwiththeprocessandtherespectivemitigationplanforeachriskidentified; Foreseesandidentifyrisksinadvanceusingpriorpayrollexperiencetomitigateriskbeforefailure; highlightriskstosupervisorsthatcannotbemitigated 6. Escalateissuesandseekadvicewhenfacedwithcomplexissues/problems.7. Raisesrelevantqualityand/orscopeissueswhichmayimpactdeliveryandstreamlinesdecision-makingprocesseswherepossible 8.
