Role Overview:
Wearelookingfor an HRBPApprenticetosupport the HRBusiness Partneringfunctioninmanagingemployeelifecycle, stakeholdercoordination, anddriving HRinitiativesacrossbusinessteams.
Thisroleoffershands-onexposuretocore HRoperationsandbusinesspartneringinafast-pacedenvironment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support HRBPsinday-to-dayemployeelifecycleactivities(onboarding, engagement, exitformalities)

• Assistinmanagingemployeequeriesandensuringtimelyresolution

• Coordinatewithbusinessteamsandinternalstakeholders on HR-relatedmatters

• Supportexecution of HRinitiativessuchasengagementactivities, performancemanagement, andpolicyimplementation

• Mainta in HRdata, trackers, anddocumentationwithaccuracy

• Assistindrivingcomplianceandadherence to HRprocesses

Eligibility Criteria:
• Final-yearstudentsorrecentgraduates(anystream)

• Strongcommunicationandinterpersonalskills

• Highlevelofownershipandattentiontodetail

• Interest in HRBusiness Partneringandpeoplemanagement
