[24]7.ai is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Human Resource Executive to join our Talent Acquisition team. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with up to one year of experience who are eager to build a career in recruitment and campus hiring.
Key Responsibilities
-Support end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned hiring requirements.
-Coordinate campus recruitment drives and hiring events with colleges and universities.
-Build and maintain relationships with placement officers and campus stakeholders.
-Source, screen, and schedule candidates for interviews.
-Coordinate interview processes with hiring managers and ensure timely communication with candidates.
-Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
-Assist in onboarding and other recruitment-related activities.
-Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
-Support employer branding and campus engagement initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria
*Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
*0–1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
*Candidates with a completed HR internship in recruitment/talent acquisition are encouraged to apply.
*Good understanding of campus recruitment processes and college engagement.
*Strong verbal and written communication skills.
*Good organizational, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Skills
-Exposure to campus hiring, volume hiring, or recruitment coordination.
-Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
-Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong ownership mindset.
-Team player with excellent stakeholder management skills.
