Position: Human Resource (HR Executive)

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals.
Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
Conduct telephonic interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Prepare and post job descriptions on various recruitment platforms.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Draft professional emails using Microsoft Outlook.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (SUM, IF, Sorting, Filtering, Data Formatting).
Experience with Microsoft Outlook and professional email drafting.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals is an added advantage.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
