Role&responsibilities
Policy Development Support: Assistindrafting, reviewing, andupdating HRandorganizationalpoliciesinlinewithcompanyvaluesandcomplianceneeds.
• Organizati on Design&Frameworks: Supportthedesignanddocumentation of HRbestpractices, benchmarking, andtrackingparticipation

• Culture&Values Initiatives: Helpplanandexecuteengagementandculture-buildinginitiativesalignedwithorganizationalvalues.

• Goal-Setting Frameworks: Assistinrefiningandcommunicatingperformanceandgoal-settingframeworks(e.g., OKRs, KPIs).

• Project Coordination: Supportfunctional HRprojectsandensuredocumentationandcommunicationaretimelyandaccurate.

Preferredcandidateprofile
• Knowledge of HRpoliciesandemployeelifecycleprocesses.

• Familiarity with MSOffice(Excel, Power Point, Word).

• Strongpresentationanddocumentationskills.
