Internship Duration

• Months 1-6: 12, 000 permonth

• Months 712: 18, 000 permonth

• Post-conversi on CTC: 3.0 LPA

Key Responsibilities
• Sourcecandidatesthroughjobportals, socialmedia, referrals, andotherrecruitmentchannels.

• Screenresumesandconductinitialtelephonicinterviews.

• Coordinateinterviewscheduleswithcandidatesandhiringmanagers.

• Supportonboardingandjoiningformalities.

• Maintainrecruitmenttrackers and HRdatabases.

• Prep are HRreports and MIS.

• Assistinemployeeengagementactivities.

• Maintainemployeerecordsanddocumentation.

• Supportday-to-day HRoperationsandadministrativeactivities.

• BBA(HR)/BBAwith HRSpecialization

• Strongcommunicationandinterpersonalskills
