We at Wakefit are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to join our team for a 6-month internship.
Location: Bengaluru & Hyderabad
Duration: 6-8 Months
🧑💻What you'll do:
Support end-to-end recruitment activities
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team on live hiring roles

Going for the HR role at Wakefit? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Be ready to talk through how you would handle a real people situation, and to show why discretion and clear communication matter in the role.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
