.Understand the Job description,
.Sourcing potential candidates using various job portals like ( Naukri.com, Indeed, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.)
.Screening & shortlisting of candidates by initial CV review.
.Cold calling the candidates.
.Conducting Face to Face interviews or telephonic Interviews.
.Handling end-to-end recruitment.
.Coordination with Hiring manager.
.Reference Check of candidates.
Requirements:-
.Qualification - Any graduate.
.Excellent Communication skills.
.Good listening skills.
.Strong experience in recruitment.
.Confidence.
Note:-For Fresher-
Duration of Training will be for 3 months. After completion of 3 months, you will be promoted as HR Recruiter ( depend upon your training period performance ).
