🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Source and screen candidates through various job portals and platforms
✅ Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments
✅ Coordinate interviews and manage the end-to-end recruitment process
✅ Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
✅ Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
✅ Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey

🎯 What we’re looking for:
✔ 6 months – 1 years of recruitment experience (freshers with strong interest can also apply)
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Familiarity with job portals like LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, etc.
✔ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
✔ Proactive, target-driven, and detail-oriented mindset
