Key Responsibilities
Supportday-to-day HRRecruitment&Operationsactivitiesandemployeecoordination.
Assistinemployeeonboardingandjoiningformalities.
Maintainemployeerecords, HRfiles, anddocumentationaccurately.
Coordinatewithinternaldepartments for HR-relatedactivities.
Supportattendance, leaverecords, and HRMIS/HRMSdatamanagement.
Assistinpreparation of HRletters, reports, andemployeecommunication.
Supportrecruitmentcoordination, interviewscheduling, andcandidatefollow-up.
Ensureproperfiling, dataentry, andcompliance with HRprocesses.
Provideadministrativesupportto the HRteamasrequired.

Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: BBAGraduates/Final Year BBAStudents/BCOM(Freshersmayapply).
Stronginterestinpursuingacareer in Hum an Resources.
Goodcommunicationandinterpersonalskills.
Basicknowledge of MSOffice(Excel, Word, Outlook).
Positiveattitude, willingnesstolearn, andprofessionalapproach.
Abilitytohandleconfidentialinformationresponsibly.
