Justdial is Hiring: HR Analytics Intern | Chennai | Work From Office

We are looking for an HR Analytics Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team and gain hands-on experience in recruitment analytics, MIS reporting, data management, stakeholder coordination, and vendor management.

Location: Chennai
Work Mode: Work From Office ( 5 Days a Week )
Duration: 6 Months Internship
Stipend: As per company policy

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and maintain recruitment MIS reports and dashboards
• Track hiring metrics including sourcing, interviews, offers, and joinings
• Analyze recruitment data and provide actionable insights
• Coordinate with HR teams across locations for hiring updates
• Support vendor management, onboarding, and billing coordination
• Assist in preparing recruitment presentations and management reports

Required Skills:
• Strong MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Formulas, Charts)
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work with large datasets and maintain data accuracy
• Knowledge of PowerPoint and reporting tools

Preferred:
• Exposure to HR Analytics or Recruitment Analytics
• Knowledge of Power BI or Google Sheets
• Understanding of recruitment processes and hiring metrics

Eligibility:
Pursuing or recently completed Graduation/Post Graduation in HR, Business Administration, Statistics, Analytics, or related fields.
