We are #hiring for the position of HR Executive at Bharat Financial Inclusion Ltd (a 100% subsidiary of IndusInd Bank Ltd).

🔹 Position: HR Executive
📍 Location: Nashik
💰 CTC: Up to 4 LPA
🎓 Qualification: MBA in HR
👤 Experience: Fresher / Experienced( preferred from Microfinance industries)

Preferred Male Candidate

Role & Responsibilities :

Will be responsible for end to end HR Operation, Recruitment, On boarding & Induction for all positions for assigned region. Implement HR initiatives like Employee Engagement, Training, Performance Appraisal, Welfare, Compliance. Grievance Handling. Should be comfortable with *travelling to various locations for 8 days within a month* for the responsible Region / Territoty.
