Are you passionate about recruitment and looking to start or grow your career in HR? We're looking for an enthusiastic HR Executive to join our team and support our driver recruitment operations.

📍 Location: Shop no B 6,lucky paradise complex,174/20, 8th F main,22nd cross, jayanagar 3rd block, bangalore 560011

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Understand client hiring requirements and job specifications.
✅ Source and connect with potential driver candidates.
✅ Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
✅ Explain job roles, company policies, and expectations to candidates.
✅ Maintain regular follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
✅ Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Who We're Looking For:

🎓 Undergraduate/Graduate (preferred)
🗣️ Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi, and Marathi are an added advantage)
💼 0–1 year of experience in HR Recruitment or a similar role (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply)
🤝 Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
📈 Ability to understand job requirements and evaluate suitable candidates
