We are hiring for HR roles at iwayworks across executive and intern levels, based out of Mumbai on a hybrid model.

If you have ever felt that HR is more than just paperwork and headcounts, these roles are for you.

We are looking for people who genuinely care about talent, understand what good hiring looks like from the inside, and want to build something beyond just filling positions.

What you will be working on across these roles:

Talent acquisition and end to end recruitment, HR operations and onboarding, employer branding, LinkedIn hiring and talent engagement, employee engagement initiatives, and HR documentation and coordination.

These are not passive roles. You will be in the middle of a fast-moving team where HR actually has a seat at the table.

HR Intern
Must be based in Mumbai
0 to 6 months of experience
Immediate joining required.

HR Executive
Must be based in Mumbai
6 months to 2 years of relevant HR experience
Immediate joining required.
