📍 Location: Kolkata, West Bengal
💼 Job Type: Full-Time (In-Office)
⏰ Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM
💰 Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000/month (Based on experience)
🎯 Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers Welcome)

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and references
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
• Manage onboarding, joining formalities, and employee documentation
• Maintain attendance, leave records, and HR databases
• Support employee engagement and workplace activities
• Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
• Prepare recruitment and HR-related reports

🎯 Skills & Qualifications

✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes
✔ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
✔ Strong organizational and coordination abilities
✔ Positive attitude and willingness to learn
✔ Ability to handle confidential information professionally

⭐ Preferred Skills

• Experience with recruitment portals and candidate sourcing
• Knowledge of HRMS software and attendance management systems
• Familiarity with employee lifecycle management
