In this role, you'll manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including:
✅ Talent Sourcing
✅ Resume Screening & Candidate Assessment
✅ Interview Coordination
✅ Offer Management & Salary Negotiation
✅ Background Verification
✅ Pre-Joining Engagement & Onboarding Coordination
✅ Recruitment MIS & Hiring Reports

What we're looking for:
✔️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
✔️ Experience using job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
✔️ Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and meet recruitment
timelines
