💰 CTC: Up to ₹4.5 LPA

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Handle end-to-end recruitment for plant and corporate positions.
✅ Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and consultants.
✅ Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
✅ Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
✅ Manage offer rollouts, joining formalities, and onboarding.
✅ Maintain recruitment MIS and hiring trackers.
✅ Build talent pipelines for production, maintenance, quality, engineering, and support functions.
✅ Support HR operations and employee engagement activities.
Requirements:
✔ Graduate or MBA in HR / Personnel Management.
✔ 1–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR Recruitment.
✔ Experience in manufacturing, engineering, industrial, or plant hiring is preferred.
✔ Strong sourcing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
✔ Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and MS Office.
