About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic HR Generalist to join our team in Mangalore. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates who are eager to build a career in Human Resources and gain hands-on experience across various HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Assist in recruitment and onboarding activities
✅ Coordinate employee documentation and HR records
✅ Support attendance, leave management, and payroll processes
✅ Help organize employee engagement and training initiatives
✅ Assist with HR policies, compliance, and employee relations activities
✅ Maintain HR databases and prepare reports as required
Eligibility Criteria
🎓 MBA /MCOM/MSW in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
💡 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
📊 Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
🤝 Good organizational and multitasking abilities
⭐ Positive attitude and willingness to learn
