🎯 What you’ll be doing:
Talent Sourcing: Learn how to #headhunt and source top talent across diverse technical roles.
Recruitment Lifecycle: Coordinate #interview schedules, manage candidate #communication, and assist with follow-ups all the way to day one.
Onboarding & Induction: Drive #joining formalities, deliver smooth induction experiences, and manage background verification processes.
Employee Engagement: Help us design and execute creative #engagement initiatives to keep our team energized.
HR Operations: Draft HR correspondence, manage documentation, and learn the essentials of corporate HR compliance.

⭐ What we’re looking for:
Candidates pursuing or possessing a degree in BBA / MBA (HR).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong "people-first" attitude.
Highly organized, dependable, and eager to learn HR processes from scratch.
Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism.
