Day 9 of my HR Internship Journey at Analytics Career Connect (ACC) was all about learning, leadership, and growth.

From attending onboarding, virtual, and morning meetings to understanding lead generation strategies, screening candidate resumes, and building my personal brand, every task added a new layer to my professional development.

A special highlight of the day was serving as the Group Leader (GL), where I had the opportunity to guide, support, and collaborate with my team. It was a valuable experience that strengthened my communication, coordination, and leadership skills.

Every day reminds me that growth happens when learning meets action. Grateful for the trust, mentorship, and opportunities that continue to shape my HR journey.
