Internship Structure

✅ First 3 Months – Unpaid Internship
✅ Last 3 Months – Paid Internship

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment and hiring activities
• Source candidates through job portals and social media
• Schedule and coordinate interviews
• Maintain candidate and employee records
• Support onboarding and joining formalities
• Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks
• Coordinate placement assistance activities for students
• Communicate placement opportunities through calls, emails, and WhatsApp
• Follow up on interviews, feedback, and joining updates
• Support resume collection and profile shortlisting

Skills Required

✔ Good communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Basic understanding of HR processes
✔ MS Office knowledge
✔ Strong coordination and multitasking abilities
✔ Positive attitude and eagerness to learn

🎓 Graduation/Post Graduation in HR, Business Administration, or related field
