Human Resources Intern
"How do I get experience if every role asks for experience?"
If you've ever asked yourself that question, you're not alone.
Everyone starts somewhere - and we're looking for someone who's ready to make that "somewhere" count.
We're hiring HR Interns for a paid internship where you'll get real exposure, real ownership and real learning from Day 1. No shadowing from the sidelines or doing the "intern work" everyone jokes about. Just an opportunity to learn, contribute and grow.
And if you perform well? A full-time PPO could be waiting for you !

Interview advice
Going for this role at Astrotalk? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Before you go in, list the top three things this job asks for and prepare one concrete example for each โ then tie every answer back to them.
- Spend 30 to 60 minutes beforehand on the company's site, recent news and LinkedIn, so you can name one specific reason you want to join when they ask.
- Re-read the job description and prepare two projects or coursework examples that map directly to what it asks for.
- Rehearse "tell me about yourself" out loud in about 60 seconds โ education, one standout achievement, why this role โ instead of reciting your CV top to bottom.
- Put numbers on your achievements: "8.5/10 GPA", "cut load time by 40%", "led a team of four" lands far better than "good grades" or "hard-working".
