Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized HR Intern to join our team at our Pune office. You will assist with daily HR operations, support the recruitment lifecycle, and help maintain a positive workplace culture. This role is ideal for a management student or fresher looking for hands-on, real-world corporate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing: Find potential candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, and professional networks.
Resume Screening: Review applications against job criteria to shortlist qualified profiles.
Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
Documentation: Help maintain employee databases and assist with basic onboarding paperwork.
Office Engagement: Assist in organizing internal team-building and workplace culture activities.
Requirements & Skills
Education: Pursuing or completed a Degree/MBA in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Availability: Ready to work from our physical office location full-time during the internship.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Tools: Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace.
Traits: Strong organizational habits, high confidentiality, and a people-first mindset.
