Key Responsibilities
☑️ Assist with recruitment and candidate sourcing
☑️ Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups
☑️ Handle job postings on LinkedIn and other platforms
☑️ Maintain employee records and HR documentation
☑️ Manage attendance and daily HR reports
☑️ Support onboarding and joining formalities
☑️ Coordinate with employees for HR-related requirements.
