What We're Looking For:
✔️0–1 year of experience in recruitment ✔️or HR (Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply)
✔️Good communication and interpersonal skills
✔️Basic knowledge of recruitment and interview coordination
✔️Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
✔️Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Responsibilities:
✅Source and screen candidates
✅Schedule and coordinate interviews
✅Manage candidate communication
✅Maintain recruitment records
✅Support end-to-end hiring activities
