What you’ll do:
• Support recruitment and HR operations end-to-end
• Coordinate with stakeholders and candidates for timely document submission
• Assist in salary negotiations and obtain necessary approvals
• Generate and release offer letters
• Maintain trackers, reports & documentation
• Basic understanding of recruitment (preferred)
• Excel/Sheets skills are a plus
