Codeacious Technologies is looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations!

📍 Location: Noida, Sector 142 – On-site
📌 Eligibility: Candidates residing in Noida or within a 25 km radius of Noida will be considered
⏳ Duration: 6 Months
💼 Role: HR Intern
💰 Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹7,000/month
📅 Joining: Immediate

What you'll work on:

• Supporting recruitment and hiring activities
• Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala & other platforms
• Screening candidates and conducting initial HR calls
• Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates
• Maintaining recruitment trackers and HR databases
• Supporting onboarding and HR documentation
• Assisting with day-to-day HR operations

Who can apply:

• Students or recent graduates from BBA, B.Com, MBA, BMS, or related fields
• Basic understanding of HR and recruitment concepts
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn and work in an on-site environment
• Must have a personal laptop for office use
• Must be able to commute to our Noida Sector 142 office
