We are hiring an HR Intern for our client in the Hospitality Industry (Hotels, Cafés & Restaurants).
📍 Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
🕒 Internship: Full-Time
Eligibility:
✅ Hotel Management student or recent graduate
✅ Must have completed at least one industrial training/internship in Front Office (FOH) or Back of House (BOH) operations
✅ Good communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Passionate about HR, Training, and the Hospitality Industry
✅ Willing to learn HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and training coordination
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in recruitment and interview coordination
• Support employee onboarding and induction programs
• Coordinate HR and training activities
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Assist in employee engagement initiatives
• Support daily HR operations and administrative activities
