- Supporting the HR & Talent Acquisition Team
- Connecting with TPOs & College Management
- Coordinating & Conducting Campus Recruitment Drives

- Good communication & interpersonal skills

- Proactive and willing to learn
- Comfortable interacting with candidates and college representatives
- Ability to take ownership and coordinate activities
