KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
โ Source candidates through job portals, social media and other platforms
โ Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
โ Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
โ Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records
โ Build and manage a strong talent pipeline
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
โ BBA / MBA Graduate / Any Graduate (Any Stream)
โ No prior experience required
โ Good communication and interpersonal skills
