We are looking for enthusiastic and driven HR Interns to join our team for a 6-month paid DHL Internship Program in Mumbai. This is a great opportunity for MBA HR students to gain hands-on experience in HR.

Eligibility:
Only students Pursuing 2nd Year MBA in HR (2027 Pass outs)/2026 MBA HR Passouts
Strong communication, interpersonal skills & excel

Role : HR Intern- Compensation & Benefits Team
Support HR process improvement initiatives across job architecture, position management, and related HR processes.
Assist in reviewing and documenting existing job roles, levels, grades, and job families.
Support job architecture mapping by aligning roles to appropriate job families, career levels, and positions.
Assist with position code mapping, validation, and reconciliation across HR systems and databases.
Maintain accurate HR master data, trackers, mapping files, and process documentation.
Support process standardization and recommend improvements to make HR processes more efficient.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and analysis to track progress and highlight key issues.
Provide day-to-day analytical and coordination support for HR transformation and process improvement projects.
