We’re hiring an HR Intern at Digiplasia —Indore/Hybrid
And no, we’re not looking for someone who has memorised 47 HR definitions from a textbook.
We’re looking for someone who can:
• Talk to humans without opening Google first.
• Handle recruitment without losing their own sanity.
• Coordinate interviews, joining, follow-ups & documentation.
• Understand that “I’ll send my CV tonight” sometimes means never.
• Keep the team organised when the team itself is questioning its organisation.
• Learn HR by actually doing HR.

Freshers? Absolutely.
Experience? Nice, but not mandatory.
Common sense + communication + people skills? VERY important.
And yes, you will work with real people, real hiring, real workplace situations and real responsibility.

Basically, we're giving you a front-row seat to the beautiful chaos called Human Resources.
