𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗻:
🔹 Recruitment and candidate coordination
🔹 Interview scheduling and follow-ups
🔹 Employee onboarding and documentation
🔹 HR operations and maintaining employee records
🔹 Employee engagement and HR initiatives
🔹 Day-to-day HR and administrative activities
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿:
✅ Strong communication and organizational skills
✅ Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets
✅ A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
✅ An interest in HR, recruitment, and people operations
