Key Responsibilities

Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates until onboarding.
Maintain recruitment trackers, HR documentation, and MIS reports.
Support HR operations and employee engagement initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

MBA (HR) Freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
Familiarity with MS Office and job portals is an added advantage.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a passion for recruitment.
