🎯 Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be involved in the End-to-End Recruitment Cycle, including:
🔹 Job Posting – Publishing job openings on relevant platforms
🔹 Candidate Sourcing – Identifying and approaching suitable candidates
🔹 Screening & Shortlisting – Evaluating candidates based on job requirements
🔹 Interview Scheduling – Coordinating interviews between candidates and clients
🔹 Candidate Follow-up – Maintaining regular communication with candidates
🔹 Interview Feedback – Collecting and managing interview feedback
🔹 Bulk Hiring – Supporting high-volume recruitment requirements
🔹 Recruitment Coordination – Handling recruitment activities from sourcing to selection
🔹 Candidate & Client Interaction – Building effective professional communication

👤 Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for candidates who are:
✅ MBA HR / PGDM HR or from a relevant educational background
✅ Strong in English Verbal & Written Communication
✅ Confident and enthusiastic about speaking and interacting with people
✅ Dynamic, proactive, and eager to learn
✅ Self-disciplined and responsible
✅ Positive in attitude and willing to take ownership
✅ Interested in building a career in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition / HR
